We were privileged to not only attend, but also present at Cescaphe University last month. We were thrilled to be a part of this event, where we shared our favorite tips on everything that you need to know about wedding photography and crafting the perfect timeline for your special day.

Cescaphe University is an exclusive experience tailored for couples preparing to celebrate their love at one of Cescaphe’s venues: Cescaphe Ballroom, Vie, Down Town Club, Water Works, The Lucy, The Switch House, and Franklin’s View.

As wedding photographers and videographers, we were honored to share our expertise at Cescaphe University. We shared our method on how we craft the perfect timeline for a wedding day. A well-structured timeline ensures that every moment is cherished, and nothing is missed. We shared tips on how to coordinate the day seamlessly, from the pre-wedding preparations to the final dance of the evening.

We were presented with a wonderful opportunity to not only capture stunning photos of the evening but also to document the entire night. Our heartfelt appreciation goes out to all the fantastic vendors who attended, as well as to Cescaphe for being the gracious host of this event.

The theme was “All About Entertainment,” where guests were invited to listen to a panel of some of the top vendors in the Philadelphia event entertainment industry.

Another Cescaphe University in the books! 🥂

Last month, our team attended Cescaphe University at Vie by Cescaphe.  The theme was All About the groom. With delicious food and drinks in hand, guests also were able to mix and mingle with vendors who are a part of the Cescaphe Concierge program.

Cheers to a fun and eventful evening at Cescaphe University! 🥂

This month’s Cescaphe Unviersity at Cescaphe was focused on last minute add-ons, allowing couples to find wedding vendors to help complete their wedding planning! Whether that was finding the perfect florist, a band or musician, or wedding videography (hint hint, we do that!) couples left with a few more ✔️’s off their wedding to-do list! 

Cescaphe University is a monthly event series that is offered exclusively for couples having their wedding at one of of Cescaphe’s exclusive venues (Cescaphe Ballroom, Tendenza, Vie, Down Town Club, Water Works, The Lucy). Whether your looking for a last minute add on vendor, helpful wedding planning tips or need a taste of the delicious food & beverages offered exclusively by Cescaphe Catering, there’s something for everyone!

“If New Pace is available for your wedding, book them immediately! I was one of those brides who didn’t think they needed videography but everyone around me told me I would regret if I didn’t get it. I am here to tell you, I was wrong and if you are on the fence you should call New Pace and let Jenny help you figure out the best package for you!

New Pace was recommended to us by Cescaphe and they were the first vendors we officially booked after our venue. From day 1 they went above and beyond what we expected. Our original wedding was scheduled for March 28, 2020 and we ended up rescheduling 3 times and then finally splitting our package to do the ceremony one day and the reception at a later date. New Pace was generous and flexible with every change we had.

Our videographer was amazing to work with and we are amazed at the film he was able to capture. We are excited to work with New Pace again for our reception!

Our wedding day was amazing, and we are so lucky that we had New Pace to capture our memories on film. We just received our Wedding Day Teaser and I can not stop watching it. We are so happy with New Pace and can not thank Jenny, Laura and Eli for all the work they did to make our wedding and memories so special.”

“Hiring a videographer was not a priority for me when wedding planning, but I’m sooooo glad that we decided to have one and that we chose New Pace! We saw them at a Cescaphe University event and knew we had to have them. The planning process was so smooth, which is tough considering we planned through the pandemic. Our videographers were prompt, very professional, but so fun to work with on the day of. Our trailer was so beautiful, I seriously can’t stop watching it!! They got some amazing shots that tied the whole video together. It was edited in a way that you felt like you were watching a movie trailer :’) If you are on the fence about getting a videographer, I would say just do it and hire New Pace!! It’ll be worth it to have the video to look back on in the future.”

Month after month we get to see all of our Cescaphe couples as we film the Cescaphe University events. With topics on how to plan your Philadelphia wedding to tips on Honeymoons, Invitations, Photography, Videography, to fun Fashion Shows!

Each time our Cescaphe couples come by to say hey, catch up with Jenny on how their planning is going or even to meet us for the 1st time! So by the time we film their weddings months/years later we’re practically family! (Honestly we see some of them more frequently than we see our own friends and we miss seeing them after their weddings have passed!!)

Because we film at the Cescaphe Wedding Venues so often we know all the in’s & outs of each! Cescaphe’s Philadelphia wedding venues include The Water Works, The Lucy, The Down Town Club, Vie, Tendenza and Cescaphe Ballroom.
