You Can’t Postpone Love

When Maria and Jimmy had to postpone their April 17th wedding at The Crystal Tea Room in Philadelphia they were absolutely heartbroken. Together with their friends and family they were able to share their first dance on the street outside of their home surrounded by so much (socially distanced) love.

It obviously was not the day we had planned, but people and moments like this made our day so special. We are so grateful to all of you for helping to make this happen. Laura from our team was there to capture it all without hesitation because we believe that amazing wedding videography comes together when talent meets heart. Having that as a guiding principle in the way we have done business for over a decade, meant that there was no way we were going to miss this beautiful surprise. We were so happy to finally have the chance to film Maria & Jimmy’s wedding at Ellis Preserve in September and wish them both all the very best in the years to come!

COVID-19 Response:

No Postponement Fees & Worry-Free Rescheduling!

Like Maria and Jimmy, sadly many of our couples have had to postpone their weddings due to COVID-19. Our wedding videography studio has always had emergency systems in place in case of sickness or the unexpected. After all, you only get married on one day.  You have to know that no matter what your wedding videographer (and all of your wedding vendors!) are going to be there and that they have systems in place to protect you and your irreplaceable moments.

While we never could have anticipated COVID-19 and it’s effects on the wedding industry, as the situation has evolved our existing systems, team of videographers and expert studio crew have become more valuable than ever! With the help of our Studio Manager Jenny and Production Manager Laura, we have been able to seamlessly reschedule all of our 200+ couples to their newly selected dates without issue. With the click of a button our postponing couples have been able to approve their date changes without additional postponement fees or stress. None of our couples have had to start their wedding videography search over again and we have been able to help many new couples that found themselves without a videographer due to scheduling conflicts.

Planning a wedding once is hard enough, let alone having to do it twice, so the least we could do is make the COVID-19 rescheduling process as easy as possible. With quick efficient communication we’ve been able to get everyone back on track for their big days (And for some we’re filming both of their wedding days – ask us about our Elopement Packages!) 

 

The COVID-19 Postponement Process: 

If you have to postpone your wedding due to COVID the process would be:

1) Reach out to let us know that you’ve had to make the very hard decision to postpone

2) Select your new wedding date & let us know what that is

3) Your contract is revised (no additional fees & all payments made move over to your new date)

4) Click “Approve” and take a deep breath, you’ve checked videography back off the list again!
