A New Year, A New Chapter!
2025 is shaping up to be an exciting year, and we can’t wait to share all the new things happening at New Pace Weddings as we celebrate our 17th year in business!
At the beginning of 2024, we launched our brand-new website and refreshed our branding. We also expanded our offerings this year to include content creation—so now, we can bring even more creativity to your wedding day by capturing behind-the-scenes moments and curated content you can share with your loved ones.
We’re also excited to share that we’ll be featured in Philadelphia Wedding Magazine this year! It’s such an honor to be recognized by such a respected publication, and we can’t wait for you to see the feature.
New Venues, New Memories
2024 was a year of capturing weddings at some stunning new venues, including The Ivy by Finley Catering and The Switch House by Cescaphe. These venues provided us with gorgeous backdrops, and the couples who chose them were truly one-of-a-kind. We can’t wait to continue working at these locations and capture even more breathtaking moments in the year to come.

1. Devin & Anthony’s Wedding at Vie
We captured photo, video, and content creation for Devin and Anthony’s wedding at Vie by Cescaphe in Philadelphia, a heartfelt celebration of love and family. From their emotional first look at the Canopy by Hilton to their ceremony, every detail of their day was unforgettable. Special moments included their beautiful vows to each other, a lively reception featuring a cigar bar, and photos at iconic Philadelphia landmarks like Broad Street and the Merchant Exchange Building.
2. Megan & Mo’s Wedding at The Down Town Club
We also captured photo, video, and content creation for Megan and Mo’s wedding at The Down Town Club, a perfect blend of elegance and romance. Their day featured lots of heartfelt moments during the ceremony, and a fun reception to complete with matching Nike sneakers to dance the night away!
3. Haley & Dakota’s Wedding at Winterthur
Haley and Dakota’s wedding at Winterthur was a celebration of timeless beauty. Surrounded by the lush gardens and historic charm of the estate, the couple exchanged vows in an intimate outdoor ceremony. The day was put together perfectly by Proud to Plan—we are so happy that we got to be a part of this amazing day.
4. Jessica and Adam’s Wedding at the John James Audubon Center
Jessica and Adam’s wedding at the John James Audubon Center was a showcase of the bride’s extraordinary creativity. Jessica designed and handmade all the floral arrangements, guest favor bags, and decor elements, bringing a deeply personal touch to their rustic-chic celebration. Every detail reflected their unique love story, making their wedding day as meaningful as it was stunning.
5. Sarah and Ryne’s Wedding at The Willows at Ashcombe
Sarah and Ryne’s wedding at The Willows at Ashcombe Mansion was a picture of timeless elegance. Their classic style shone through every detail, from the vintage car that added a touch of glamour to the intimate moments shared among family and friends.
6. Connor & Louie’s Wedding at The Switch House
Connor and Louie’s wedding at The Switch House was an urban-chic affair with a modern twist. This was our first wedding we got to capture at this beautiful venue. The industrial vibes of the venue were softened with lush greenery and warm lighting, creating an atmosphere of romance and celebration. Their playful energy and a cameo from their dog made the day so much fun!
7. Rachel & Ryan’s Wedding at the Adventure Aquarium
Rachel and Ryan’s wedding at the Adventure Aquarium was definitely a highlight. We were looking forward to capturing their wedding for a while—as the venue was super fun and unique. The couple exchanged vows surrounded by the magical underwater world, creating a one-of-a-kind backdrop for their special day.
8. Winchell & John’s Wedding at the Crystal Tea Room
Winchell and John’s wedding at the Crystal Tea Room was a dazzling celebration of sophistication and love. The grand ballroom provided the perfect setting for their classic wedding, with stunning decor and an atmosphere of timeless elegance. We loved their vibe and the choreographed first dances made for some epic photos!
9. The Ivy by Finley Catering Unveiling
The Ivy by Finley Catering, the newest addition to their stunning venue portfolio, was unveiled in November and we got to capture photos of this gorgeous space. Featuring a blend of modern elegance and rustic industrial vibes, The Ivy offers a luxurious space for unforgettable celebrations.
