Recently, we became aware of an issue with our Google Ads campaign that resulted in certain competitor names appearing in our ad headlines. As soon as we discovered this, we promptly paused all ads. We take this matter seriously and have reached out to Google to ensure this never happens again.
We believe in open dialogue, honest communication, and handling concerns with professionalism and mutual respect. It is disappointing to see a situation like this escalate in such a public and damaging way when it could have been resolved through a simple discussion.
