"Our decision to work with New Pace was an easy one. After meeting with other vendors, New Pace had the most comprehensive photo/video package, lots of beautiful sample photos/videos to look through and fair pricing. They were flexible with us as well. New Pace’s communication leading up to the event was clear and they were patient when answering all of the questions that we had. They arrived on time and handled everything seamlessly with our event coordinator for the day. They were so much fun to work with all throughout our wedding day. After the big day, the communication from New Pace was amazing. The photos are absolutely stunning, we couldn’t be happier. Overall, New Pace’s final products are more than we could have even asked for. They delivered as promised and I would recommend them to anyone. "If I could give six stars, I would! New Pace did the film for our wedding, and everything came out great. Why I would give them an extra star I could is because of the incredible customer service they provided us. My husband's father is ill and in hospice, and was unable to attend the wedding. We don't know how much time we have left, and asked New Pace if there was any way we could get some footage as soon as possible for him. They led with empathy and understanding and worked as quickly as they could to help us.
