STUDIO DIRECTOR
Jenny’s love of photo and film were born in the dark rooms and campus studios of The University of Delaware. Her history of working in office management and reality tv for the Food Network’s “Restaurant Impossible” as well as planning two weddings for herself in the same year (one church, one beachy) has made her the perfect fit as our Studio Director for the past 5 years. From working with our couples to overseeing our entire team, Jenny’s passion for event planning and problem solving ensures everything runs smoothly at the studio even during a global pandemic.
When she’s not working Jenny enjoys being the family documentarian, planning over the top parties for her two kiddos, having her feet in the sand and all things pumpkin spice.
CO-FOUNDER
As one-half of the original New Pace duo, JC spent over a decade honing his craft shooting and editing hundreds of weddings while branding the company as you see it today. He has literally "seen it all" when it comes to wedding day magic and madness! JC is currently acting in a management role to help innovate the company and take the brand to new heights. His favorite part of the business is having a rockstar team and couples that are truly thrilled by their New Pace experience.
In true New Pace fashion (modern-epic-fun!), JC got married on a Thursday (before it was a Covid thing) on New Year's Eve several years ago. He loves hanging out with his friends and family, playing golf and living life with his wife and two crazy kids!
CO-FOUNDER
As soon as he received his first professional video camera as a gift in college, Bill dove headfirst into filming and editing weddings. That passion soon turned into a career path and ultimately lead to him co-founding New Pace. Bill spent over 10 years working closely with brides and grooms to capture their most special day and used that experience to drive the processes and values that New Pace hangs its hat on to this day. He loves seeing the smiling faces of New Pace's couples in their videos as well as the joy his team feels while capturing those moments. Currently, he oversees all of the operations at New Pace with a goal of making every couple's experience a 5-Star worthy one.
In his free time, Bill enjoys spending time with his wife, two young boys, and his Chiweenie (Dachshund and Chihuahua mix) taking long walks around their neighborhood. He considers himself a connoisseur of the playground and loves teaching his kids to climb to the top of the monkey bars to their mother's dismay.
PRODUCTION MANAGER
From serving at a wedding venue in college to photographing and filming weddings full-time, Tanya's been living and breathing weddings for about a decade. After spending so many years involved in all sorts of capacities, she loves being able to contribute that knowledge to coordinating wedding day details with couples and taking some stress off of their planning plate so they can focus on the most important thing: enjoying their day with family and friends! Some of the wedding moments she looks forward to the most are garden ceremonies, beachy sunsets, and the couple's first look.
When she's not working behind the scenes or behind the camera, she loves a good excuse to travel whether it be to visit friends or go somewhere totally new.
PHOTOGRAPHY POST-PRODUCTION COORDINATOR
Valeri has always had an artistic spirit, but discovering photography focused and accelerated her creative drive. She has worked as a professional photographer since 2005 and is a seasoned wedding veteran. Beginning with her own nuptials, she has also assumed the role of event planner for several weddings. All of this experience has developed her keen eye for detail and composition. She brings this same care and attention with her through the editing process, curating memories and making them shine for clients, while telling their story.
When the work day ends, Valeri can be found adventuring with her husband, spending time with loved ones, and ballroom dancing. But what she loves most is capturing once-in-a-lifetime memories; preserving those moments brings the greatest joy and fulfillment.
POST-PRODUCTION MANAGER
After her own wedding in 2016, Jen left her corporate video job to launch into a career of editing wedding films. From finding the perfect song to tweaking the finishing touches, Jen loves collaborating with couples to craft a film that captures the little moments and special details that make each wedding unique. She works closely with New Pace's team of editors to create films that will be cherished for years and years to come.
Her favorite wedding moments include dogs in doggy tuxes, couples seeing each other for the first time, golden hour portraits, and teary-eyed dads.
POST-PRODUCTION COORDINATOR
After a year of utilizing her video production skills in the legal industry and reliving people’s "worst days of their lives,” Sahvannah was excited to start a new chapter and showcase the "happiest days of their lives" instead.
As New Pace Wedding Films and Photo’s post-production assistant, she works alongside the rest of the Post Production team to ensure that footage is organized and polished into a beautiful film for our clients to share with their family, friends, and loved ones! Her favorite weddings typically include a pet-themed cocktail, personalized vows, and a good old-fashioned crying groom.
Outside of work, Sahvannah loves spending time with her pets (Archie, Penny, and Cheese), traveling with her boyfriend, and listening to True Crime podcasts while perfecting her at-home latte-making skills.
MARKETING COORDINATOR
Caroline has always had a passion for writing and finding creative ways to tell a story. While attending the University of Delaware, she became a published author. She ventured into the marketing world by writing SEO content for a wedding blog - and that’s what made her fall in love with weddings!
Being the daughter of an event coordinator and caterer, Caroline brings her enthusiasm for celebrating life’s most memorable moments with family and friends to New Pace.
As Marketing Coordinator, Caroline is able to combine all of her specialized skills - content writing, videography, and digital marketing - to help connect with our couples and share the story of our studio on various platforms!
In her free time, Caroline enjoys cooking new recipes, playing with her dog Coco, and spending time with friends and family.
TALENT MANAGER
Wedding videography and photography are passions that have become a central part of Eli's life. He truly loves the opportunity to capture the beauty, emotion, and magic of a couple's special day through his lenses. Seeing a couple's reaction when they watch their wedding film for the first time and relive all of the joy and love of their big day is what it's about for him. He considers it an honor and a pleasure to be able to preserve these memories for couples and to be a part of such an important moment in their lives. He feels as though it's his true calling that allows him to creatively express himself and bring happiness to others.
When he's not working, Eli enjoys spending time with his friends and family which are his wife, daughter and new baby boy.
FINANCE DIRECTOR
While the wedding industry is new, Mike has a passion for photography and videography. He has taken thousands of pictures and logged hundreds of hours filming his six kids growing up. Mike has over 15 years of accounting & tax experience as a Certified Public Accounting in both regional and national accounting firms. He spent the last 21 years building his own accounting and tax practice. From 2011 to 2018, Mike served as the Finance Director for one of his clients who was bought by a public company. Mike currently serves as the Finance Director for New Pace Weddings and Photo, responsible for all accounting, finance, and tax issues.
In his free time, Mike can be found chasing a little white ball around one of the local golf courses.
OFFICE MANAGER
Christine grew up wanting to work in accounting. No kidding, she has her 5th grade yearbook to prove it. After college, Christine worked in the finance industry, but it lacked the creativity she wanted in a career. Luckily, Christine found New Pace! Working in the accounting department at New Pace, Christine is able to combine her love of numbers with an environment that values passion and fun every day. Her favorite part of the job is providing a streamlined process for our couples so they can relax knowing this portion of wedding planning is taken care of.
Christine is happiest at the beach with her husband and three kids. And with a cup of coffee, always coffee.
