Born just outside Atlanta, Georgia, I spent my childhood moving around until we settled in West Chester, Pennsylvania. Photography runs in my blood, inherited from my dad who nurtured my love for capturing moments from a young age. Whether exploring state parks or snapping silly photos with friends, photography became my passion.
In college, photography gradually took over my part-time jobs, leading to a full-time career after encouragement from a supervisor. Since then, I’ve shot over 500 weddings worldwide, fueling my love for travel.
My couples often express that what truly resonates with them is how I make them feel as we take a photography journey together. My approach is about fostering genuine connections, aiming to make couples feel comfortable and confident, capturing their unique relationships and emotions authentically.
My favorite moments are when a bride’s eyes light up seeing the back of the camera, feeling, sometimes for the first time in their lives, how beautiful their life is.
Listening to couples’ concerns and creating a relaxed atmosphere are key to my shooting mentality. And yes, sometimes a little humor helps!
From Fiji to Italy, I’ve shot weddings in breathtaking locations, but my greatest joy comes from exploring with my nearly three-year-old son and planning my own wedding.
