Our style is modern, epic, and fun. It’s bold but not too bold. The perfect mix! We shoot using a creative use of light to give you beautiful, timeless images to capture all of the love, laughs and cheers as everyone celebrates you on such an amazing day in your life!

Yes! We’ll check in with you before your wedding day to find out what’s important to you but we’re all about the fun so we’ll get a variety of candid images throughout the day as well as posed portraits to look back on for years to come.

Our photography approach and philosophy is simple, and that is, to shoot safe shots first. We’ll capture the most important moments of your day as we look for ways to creatively shape light and anticipate your next forever moment!

Each one of our couples is different so we’ll guide you without over posing you so that it’s a comfortable fun, painless experience. We’ll find that balance between shooting unobtrusively so that you can enjoy the day and be “in the moment” while we manage a balanced timeline and check off all of the “must haves” on your shot list. If you could use some practice we recommend scheduling an Engagement Session to get more comfortable before the big day!

Yes we do! You can add an engagement session to any of our photo packages and they are complimentary with all of our photo + video bundle packages! After you book, your Engagement Session will be scheduled with your wedding day photographer so you can meet them and get more comfortable with some picture posing practice!

You’ll get a sneak peak of your wedding day images approximately 2-3 weeks after your wedding! Then by about 4-5 weeks you’ll receive a link to your full online gallery where you can download your images. If you purchased a USB, that will be mailed to you as well.

Absolutely! We always recommend having a second photographer with you for the day and our most popular packages include this for a higher level of coverage.

Our coverage starts at 8 hours but additional hours can be added to your day to fit your needs. We recommend having coverage from getting ready to the end of your reception. You can decide on any additional hours during the timeline part of the planning process!

If you ordered an album, you’ll love working with our album designer Valeri! If you didn’t order an album, it’s never too late to add one! We will schedule a design consult with you and reveal a beautiful first draft of your album, built from your favorite images. Our goal is to tell your story in a moving and timeless way. By the end of the meeting, you’ll be in love with your co-designed album! We will also show you our wall art in case you’re interested in purchasing any pieces for your home.

Yes! We edit and color correct every image that we deliver, which is usually 600-800 images depending on the length of your wedding day coverage.

Definitely! You’ll receive a sneak peek a few weeks after your wedding and then a shareable link to your fill gallery to share with your friends and family.

Yes! We’re happy to offer our couple flexible payment options. A deposit is required to secure your date. Then we’ll split the remaining balance into two payments that are due 90 days and then 30 days before your wedding.

We’re also happy to offer you a custom payment plan to split your deposit into more than one payment or the rest of your balance into lower monthly payments, just say the word!

We accept online credit card payments and personal checks.

Your epic day deserves endless playback.  Something that will allow you to relive the love, laughter, goosebumps and tears… Potentially lots and lots of tears! We want to give you a modern, cinematic storytelling of what it felt like to be there with you in those moments.

The first time you see each other, when you say “I Do”, your first dance, the speeches… You’ll want to remember them forever. So for us it’s all about finding the delicate balance between the sentimental and the silly to perfectly represent you as a couple and what your day was all about. 

Editing of your highlight film (Trailer or Feature) takes about 90 days for our team to sort through the footage, find the tear jerking moments, and put together a cinematic film that perfectly encapsulates your day. You’ll receive the rest of your films by 120 days. It’ll be worth the wait, we promise!

Want something sooner? Add a Teaser (a 1 minute sneak peek film) to your package for a social worthy shareable film within approximately 30 days of your wedding! 

Your films are delivered digitally via shareable links and can also be downloaded through an online hosting platform with a user-friendly DVD style menu. You’ll be able to share your films online with your friends and family as well as download and save them to your own computer.

Absolutely! You can add a drone to any package based on date availability and location. Drone is a great way to set the scene of where your wedding took place!

We record audio in various ways throughout your day! During your ceremony we will record audio on our cameras and place wireless lavalier microphones throughout your venue, on one of you and/or on the officiant to ensure crisp, clear vow recordings. Our sound recorders are for recording purposes only and do not amplify sound out to your guests.

For your reception, we work in conjunction with your DJ or band to secure a feed from their microphones and place backup microphones whenever necessary.

In order to get the cinematic look that you see in our films, our videographers will have at least two cameras with them and supporting creative equipment. 

Our 2 videographer packages are our most popular because they allow for more complete coverage of the wedding day’s events. We can cover both sides of your wedding party getting ready and overall we’ll come back with more angles, reaction shots and footage to pull from when we’re putting everything together for you!

Your wedding is a live event and we don’t want to miss a thing! So, throughout your day there will be more cameras filming and specialty equipment (gimbals, sliders,etc) being utilized to capture extensive footage in a more creative and dynamic way. 

Having your videography duo there to catch it all (like what was happening on both sides of your reception) also means you’ll get to re-live things you didn’t get a chance to see the 1st time around!

Of course, this film is all about you! The music you do select will dictate the tone, pace and overall feel of your film. Slower music gives a romantic and sentimental feel, while faster-paced music gives an upbeat, fun, and energetic feel. 

We will help you pick timeless music from our collection of licensed mainstream music to perfectly tell the story of your day!

Securing the rights to the music during the editing process will ensure your film will not be blocked, muted or removed by social media’s copyright music filters. Social media filters are so strict these days! The last thing we’d want to have happen after investing in professional videography is for you to not be able to share your film with friends and family due to copyright issues. But not to worry we’ll help you find the perfect song for your film!

All of our video options come with Ceremony & Reception films which are lightly edited raw footage from this part of your day. Those include your ceremony, then all your reception’s main events including entrances, toasts, first dance, formal dances and fun reception dancing. (If you’d like to purchase additional footage we offer Raw Footage Hard Drives for our couples that like to edit!)

Absolutely! Our other division, New Pace Productions creates unique branded, educational and inspirational digital content for companies, schools, non-profits & more. Our videos are used to accomplish goals, inspire people to action, educate, sell, brand, and illuminate target audiences.

First and foremost, it should be something you feel comfortable and confident wearing. Believe it or not, these two things show up in your photos. Try to avoid busy patterns, branded shirts, or clothing that is too casual like flip-flops, cargo pants or shorts, and other baggy clothing because simply, they don’t photograph well. Choose outfits that have neutral, solid colors and are complementary instead of matching each other. Accessories and textured materials always add to a photograph as well. (And remember to empty your pockets and make sure you’re wrinkle-free!) Get more engagement session tips here!

This is pretty common for our couples. They typically choose a casual outfit and a semi-formal outfit.

Your engagement session is usually 60-90 minutes.

We typically deliver 75-100 images.

We will deliver your online gallery of engagement session images one month after your session.

Most state and national parks require a permit. We are happy to help advise you on whether your desired location requires a permit, however, you are responsible for covering the cost of the permit and/or admission fees.

Rescheduling because of rain is very common. Usually we make the call the day before or the day of the session, whichever you prefer. But every now and then we have adventurous couples who want to continue despite the rain!

Most couples choose their engagement session location. If you’re unsure of where you’d like to go, we can suggest some of our favorite places. Just let us know what feel you want the photographs to have and we’ll help you find the perfect spot to set the scene!

If the locations are nearby to each other, then this is usually feasible to do within the 60-90 minutes of your session.

Of course! We offer a ton of fun products within your online gallery that you can order on your own. Or, if you prefer something more custom for your walls, we are happy to work with you using our design software that will show you just what your wall art design will look like in your own space.

Our wedding albums are 12×12 and come with 10 spreads, which is 20 pages. A spread is two pages (a left and a right side).

Once you receive your online gallery, we ask you to choose your favorites, which will be used to create the first draft of your album design. Although the base album fits around 75 images, we recommend starting with 125-150 favorites because it is easier to combine or remove spreads than to add new spreads.

We feel our albums look best with 25-30 spreads. This allows for the full story of the day to be told without compromising on size of the photographs. Additional spreads are $100 each, which is $50 per page. Additional spreads in the parent album are $70 each. which is $35 per page. Our clients typically spend between $1000-$2000 during their design consult on album upgrades. However, our base album can adequately tell the story of your day so if customizing your album is not within your budget, don’t worry, you’ll still get a beautifully designed album to admire for years to come. 

Immediately following your design consult we begin ordering your album. Because they are custom made in the USA, it takes about 3-4 weeks to receive your album.

Each album comes with a choice of leather or linen materials as well as a black leather protective box.

While we strive for perfection, mistakes do happen. If you notice any errors with your album, contact us immediately so that we can remedy the situation. We want the album to meet all your expectations!

Wall art is available for purchase within your online gallery. We’re also more than happy to help you create a more custom wall art display for your home. Just ask!

Of course! Put that wedding gift money to good use! While most of our couples pre-purchase their album within a package, others opt to get an album after the wedding. It’s as simple as reaching out to us to get the process started!

Most parents have their own vision for their parent album and want their own design. Leah, our album designer, is happy to meet with parents to co-design their very own album. However, if your album design is so stellar you just want to duplicate it, we’ll give you 25% off any upgrade costs for the duplicate album.
