Located just steps from City Hall, The Crystal Tea Room is a true piece of Philadelphia history. The renovated Ballroom at the Ben exudes turn-of-the-century elegance. Cocktails and hors d’oeuvres are served on the mezzanine level, overlooking the grand ballroom below.
