In the weeks leading up to their wedding, Sarah and Ryne heard the same advice time and time again: “The day will fly by, be sure to take it all in.”
It’s something every couple hears, but it’s hard to imagine until you’re in the moment—after months of careful planning, how could those memories blur together so quickly? We had the chance to capture their day, ensuring they could look back for years to come and relive each special moment as if it were yesterday.
Their day was nothing short of magical, thanks to their loving families who helped make their dream wedding a reality. As Sarah’s sister put it, it was the “royal wedding of central Pennsylvania.”
Every detail, every moment, was met with the same phrase from the couple: “I can’t believe it.”
Despite the grand occasion, neither Sarah nor Ryne enjoy being the center of attention. The morning of the big day, the both of them were both eager for the first look. This was the moment they felt their wedding day would truly begin.
When they finally saw each other, Ryne was overcome with emotion, but Sarah didn’t shed a tear.
“I couldn’t cry,” she told him. “It didn’t feel real yet!” It wasn’t until she saw the stunning reception tent, adorned with breathtaking flowers and their immaculate wedding cake, that the tears came. “Really? You don’t cry over me but the cake does the trick?” Ryne said. But it was more than just a cake—it was the culmination of all their dreams coming to life before their eyes.
From that moment on, nothing could go wrong. Even tornado warnings and a downpour during dinner couldn’t dampen their spirits. “We weren’t caught in the rain once!” Sarah said. It was a day of perfect moments, from her cathedral-length train spilling out of the Rolls Royce to the sight of a full choir and violins as she walked down the aisle to marry her best friend.
Together, they exchanged vows in front of their dearest family and friends, sealing their love in a ceremony that was as unforgettable as it was heartfelt.
One of the highlights of the day was the moment Sarah and Ryne stepped into their reception tent. Their vendors had truly outdone themselves. The transformation was stunning, and Sarah was in awe of every detail, from the live painting of their first look to the beauty of their floral arrangements.
As the band warmed up, Sarah and Ryne stole a private moment, sneaking in a little dance before rejoining the cocktail hour. It was a moment Sarah will always cherish—the first time the day truly felt like it was theirs, just the two of them, soaking it all in.
For Ryne, his favorite moment came later, when they were announced into the reception while wearing their Sixers jerseys, an entrance he may have been looking forward to more than the wedding itself.
From growing up just five minutes from each other but never meeting until a dating app brought them together, to standing in front of loved ones as they celebrated their love, their journey to this day was nothing short of extraordinary.
